Servca runs Stratify, the broker management system built for how a Lloyd's desk actually works. Clients, risks, quotes and policies, tracked end to end, in a market that still runs on spreadsheets and email.

The brief
Servca works property, casualty and healthcare lines as a specialty Lloyd's broker, and needed a system built around how a broker desk actually works: enquiries into risks, risks into quotes, quotes into bound policies, each with its own compliance trail. Off-the-shelf broker management software didn't fit the placement structures a Lloyd's broker needs, so the brief was to build one from scratch.
The only hard requirement: it had to hold up as the system of record for real money moving through a regulated market, not a pilot that stayed a pilot.
The work
Stratify runs on Nuxt and Firebase: clients, risks, enquiries, quotes, MTAs and policies as one connected data model, role-based access for brokers, admins and finance, and AML and TOBA compliance built into the client record rather than bolted on. Algolia powers search across the book, the CRM stays in sync through HubSpot and Pipedrive, and finance tracks commission splits and tax across four currencies.
Four years in, it's still where Servca runs its day: new features, security hardening, and the odd urgent production fix, shipped without the desk going down.
