Command is the agent-run back office this studio operates on. Tasks, email, billing and delivery, handled by a fleet that never clocks off.
The brief
A one-person studio carries the overhead of a ten-person one: tasks, pipelines, invoices, client email, project state. Command is the answer to that overhead. One dashboard, one database, and a fleet of addressable agents that pick up queued work, route messages, and keep the books straight.
The brief was simple to say and hard to build: make running the studio feel like directing, not administrating.
The work
The kanban, the sales pipeline, the work log and the knowledge base share one SQLite spine, surfaced through a Nuxt dashboard and pushed live over WebSocket. Around it sits the agent fleet: an inbox watcher that drafts replies in the right voice, a task watcher that claims queued work, and addressable agents reachable from Telegram by name.
Every part earns its place by removing a recurring chore. Nothing is there for the demo.
